Seaa And Edgeprop Launch Multi Listing System Mls Co Broking Among Real Estate Agent Members

The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and EdgeProp Singapore are excited to announce the official launch of a specialized Multi-Listing System (MLS), exclusively available to SEAA real estate agent members. Developed after signing an agreement in December 2024, the MLS is now up and running and will be live on June 18th.

The MLS is designed to be a cost-effective platform that facilitates smooth co-broking among SEAA’s 15,000 agent membership. Members can easily post, manage, and collaborate on property listings within a secure, centralized environment.

Owned by SEAA, the MLS will be developed and maintained by EdgeProp, the technology partner behind the project. Together, SEAA and EdgeProp will continuously enhance and ensure its reliability and relevance in the ever-changing real estate landscape. The web-based system is also mobile-friendly from the get-go, with plans for a dedicated mobile application in the works.

Adam Wang, President of SEAA, announced the launch of the Multi-Listing System at the Singapore Estate Agents Conference 2025 at the Lifelong Learning Institute. He stated that this collaboration with EdgeProp is an industry-driven initiative to provide an affordable alternative platform for agents to enhance co-broking opportunities. It will address rising operational costs for agents and demonstrate SEAA’s commitment to equipping members with innovative and effective tools.

Bernard Tong, CEO of EdgeProp, expressed his excitement in partnering with SEAA for this platform, as it will empower the industry through technology and create a more collaborative, efficient, and modern real estate ecosystem.

The MLS offers key features and benefits, including a cost-effective co-broking platform, a secure, member-exclusive database of real-time property listings, and a one-property-one-listing rule to ensure listing quality. It also provides exclusive access to SEAA members, ongoing support and innovation from EdgeProp, and SEAA ownership to align with members’ interests and prioritize data security and accountability.

SEAA members will enjoy complimentary access to the platform from the launch date until the end of 2025. After that, a nominal subscription fee, designed to remain affordable, will apply starting January 1, 2026. Training materials and user support will also be provided to facilitate onboarding and maximize adoption.
