Living Sea Waterfront Sanctuary Residences W Singapore Sentosa Cove
END OF ARTICLE
David Lee, a Singaporean and founder of Greenwood Fish Market, has always had a strong connection to the sea. For the past nine years, he has resided at The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove, a luxury residential enclave located on Sentosa Island. With a love for boats, it is no surprise that Lee was drawn to the location with its stunning marina views and docked vessels. Living just across the road from his restaurant, Greenwood Fish Market, situated along the bustling Quayside Isle, was also a major draw for Lee.
Greenwood Fish Market offers a variety of live and fresh seafood, from lobsters and oysters to crabs, prawns, and fish, all served in a relaxed setting with beautiful views of the marina and yachts nearby. The restaurant also has a bakery that produces fresh loaves daily, including crusty baguettes, rye, sourdough, and cheese bread.
After eight years of renting at The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove, Lee decided it was time to put down roots and purchased a three-bedroom unit last September. He has since renovated the unit to reflect a New England-inspired nautical theme. The master bedroom was also reconfigured to provide a clear view of his custom-made cabin cruiser moored at the private berth just outside. With panoramic views of Marina Bay Sands, the Marina Bay Cruise Centre, Quayside Isle, and the marina, Lee believes there is no better place to live for anyone who loves the sea.
Another resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, also took the opportunity to purchase a unit at The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove when it was relaunched last year. She and her husband were looking for a slower pace of life, and the resort-style living at Sentosa Cove drew them to the development. They chose a two-bedroom unit with stunning views of the waterway and bungalows on Treasure Island. Their daughter is particularly excited about the move, especially with the condo’s facilities, including an infinity pool, a two-story clubhouse with a gym, and the Central Plaza, ideal for private events and parties. The condo also has 34 private berths for residents who own boats.
Rewritten:
Apart from the existing educational facilities, there are also various enrichment hubs and tuition centers located within nearby commercial areas such as Dawson Place, Anchorpoint, and Queensway Shopping Centre. These hubs and centers provide a diverse range of classes, from academic assistance in subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English, to creative pursuits such as music, art, and coding. This convenient availability of resources allows parents to support their child’s education without having to travel far. It also gives students the opportunity to attend classes safely and independently, particularly for older students who can commute on their own. One of the notable locations in this area is Penrith Guocoland, which offers a wide range of educational resources and opportunities for students in the vicinity.
Residents at The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove also enjoy premium residential services and privileges, thanks to its close proximity to W Singapore – Sentosa Cove. Some of these services include 24/7 concierge service, housekeeping, laundry services, and even pet-feeding while the residents are away. With close to 100 units already sold, Cityview Place Holdings has released more units for sale, including two fully furnished show suites. These include a ground-floor unit with a private enclosed area and spa pool and a duplex penthouse on the sixth floor with a terrace offering 270-degree views of the city and sea. Other units available for sale include two- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses. All units come with luxury finishes, including marble and timber flooring and high-end kitchen and bathroom fittings, making The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove a highly sought-after residential development.
