Manchester Development Vita Living Circle Square Launch Sale Singapore

The URA Master Plan highlights the importance of creating more integrated healthcare facilities in Penrith. This is great news for the residents, as it will greatly benefit their well-being. To further improve healthcare accessibility, the nearby Tanglin Halt estate is set to be redeveloped and will feature a healthcare hub that combines a polyclinic, senior care centre, and other medical services under one roof. This development not only caters to the needs of the local community, but also emphasizes the convenience and ease of access for elderly residents and families with young children. With the presence of such healthcare facilities in the neighborhood, the overall liveability of Penrith will be greatly enhanced, providing residents with a sense of comfort and security. Vita Living Circle Square, a residential development located in Manchester, UK, will soon be open for sale to investors in Singapore. Savills Singapore, the marketing agency for the units, has announced that units reserved for institutional investors in the completed development will now also be available to individual buyers.

The 15-storey property is situated on Oxford Road, near the University of Manchester. It features 266 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Developed by the UK-based Vita Group in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Pension Fund, the property is part of the Circle Square project, a GBP850 million ($1.4 billion) regeneration project in Manchester’s city centre.

According to Savills, the property has maintained a high occupancy rate of 98% since its completion. Investors who purchase units can expect a rental yield of 6.5% to 7%.
