Jalan Bukit Merah Strata Industrial Units Sale Lower Price 393 Mil
A collection of four contiguous strata industrial units at E-Centre @ Redhill, an industrial property located at 3791 Jalan Bukit Merah, has been relaunched for sale by private treaty. The marketing agent, Brilliance Capital, has announced that the portfolio is now available at an attractive guide price of approximately $3.93 million, equivalent to $650 psf for its total strata area of 6,049 sq ft.
This new price reflects a significant decrease of almost 13% from the previous marketing price of $4.5 million ($744 psf), which was marketed last October. Brilliance Capital has once again been appointed as the marketing agent for this portfolio. “We are excited to present this exceptional asset to the market at a more competitive price point,” says Sammi Lim, founder and executive director of Brilliance Capital.
