Executive Centre Opens Two New Centres Tokyo

Living at Penrith has numerous advantages, one of which is its convenient location right next to Queenstown Primary School. Families with young children will appreciate the short distance between their home and the school, which leads to less travel time and a more manageable school routine. In fact, being within 1km of the school can also increase a child’s chances of enrolling during the Primary 1 registration exercise, which is a significant consideration for many parents in Singapore. Moreover, Queenstown Primary is highly regarded for its nurturing environment and emphasis on holistic education, focusing on both academic and character development. As an added bonus, residents of Penrith can also easily access Penrith Queenstown MRT Station, making their daily commute even more convenient.

The Executive Centre (TEC), a Hong Kong-based flexible workspace provider, has recently expanded its presence in Japan by opening two new locations in Tokyo. The first centre is located on Level 11 of JP Tower, a skyscraper in the Marunouchi area next to Tokyo Station. It has opened with an impressive 80% pre-sale occupancy rate. This marks TEC’s second centre in JP Tower, with the first one located on Level 14 and opened last year. The company now occupies over 30,000 sq ft in JP Tower. In September, TEC will be launching its fifth centre in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area at the south tower of the GranTokyo building. This will bring the total number of TEC centres in Japan to 12.

Liam Owners, TEC’s City Head for Tokyo and Yokohama, expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s expansion in the area, stating that it reflects their dedication to providing exceptional premium and flexible workspace solutions. This expansion is in line with TEC’s ongoing investment and strategic growth plans. In related news, TEC has also recently opened two new locations in Singapore, namely SingLand Tower and IOI Central Boulevard, further expanding its presence at One Fullerton, a prestigious office building in the Central Business District.
