Executive Centre Opens Two New Centres Tokyo

This marks TEC’s second centre in JP Tower, with the first one located on Level 14 and opened last year. The company now occupies over 30,000 sq ft in JP Tower. In September, TEC will be launching its fifth centre in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area at the south tower of the GranTokyo building. This will bring the total number of TEC centres in Japan to 12.

Liam Owners, TEC’s City Head for Tokyo and Yokohama, expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s expansion in the area, stating that it reflects their dedication to providing exceptional premium and flexible workspace solutions. This expansion is in line with TEC’s ongoing investment and strategic growth plans. In related news, TEC has also recently opened two new locations in Singapore, namely SingLand Tower and IOI Central Boulevard, further expanding its presence at One Fullerton, a prestigious office building in the Central Business District.
